The 1964 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz Convertible was a car of many firsts. As an example, the Eldorado for 1964 was the only Cadillac to have all door and seat surfaces completely upholstered in leather. It was also the only Cadillac delivered with white wall tires. In 1964 Cadillac introduced the industry's first fully automatic heating and cooling system: one set of the dial and the temperature selected was maintained year round. A main visual cue indicating an Eldorado Biarritz was the lack of fender skirts. Performance improvements included a 429 cu.in. engine producing 340 hp. This engine was mated to a new Turbo-Hydramatic transmission.
This one owner version of the Eldorado Biarritz is equipped with every available option including power operated bucket seats. The Artisan Ochre exterior color is matched with a Tan leather interior and a Tan convertible top. With only 62,000 miles on the odometer, it its certain to give the new owner many happy driving miles. This is I of 1870 Eldorado Biarritz convertibles produced in 1964.
