The MV Agusta Brutale 910R was an immediate leap forward in performance compared to its previous iteration. While early examples of the 750cc version delivered a striking look and excellent handling characteristics, the performance didn't quite live up to the "Brutale" name. For 2006, MV Agusta increased the displacement to 910cc by increasing the bore and stroke of the existing 750cc engine. The updated powerplant was again retuned in the 910's track-focused "R" version to produce an impressive 135 horsepower and 71 pound-feet of torque. Weight was also reduced, borrowing radial valve technology from their larger 996cc engine co-developed with engineers at Ferrari. With a total dry weight of just 408 pounds, the 910cc engine produced wheel-lifting acceleration levels in a compact, 'naked bike.'

This 2007 MV Agusta 910R Brutale is an excellent example with just 4,881 miles. It is a genuine R-spec bike, complete with an optional fairing for added wind protection at high speeds. The 908cc inline-four engine sends power through a chain-driven, 6-speed transmission with a wet multi-plate clutch, sending this lightweight bike to 60 miles per hour in just 3.1 seconds. Braking is handled by Brembo 6-pod, double-disc brakes in the front and a single disk in the rear, while the bike is kept under control by Marzocchi adjustable front forks and a Sachs shock absorber. The Brutale 910R delivers style and performance as enjoyable and capable on the track as it is on winding mountain roads. This example is in exceptional condition and is ready to ride.
